Strengths:
iFit Fitness Journal - This is a fun tool that helps you track your fitness progress. The fitness journal gives you daily, weekly, monthly and even yearly fitness stats for up to 2 users.
16 Personal Trainer Workouts - These workouts were designed by a personal trainer and include 8 workouts specifically for weight loss. There are also 6 classic workouts and 2 customizable (you can create them and save them.).
Quiet Operation - The A2105 has received high marks for being extremely quiet. This is a great feature if you want to work out while watching TV or if you have young children.
Folding - The Nordic Track A2105 folds up easily to save space - a great feature if you're in a condo or have a small workout area.
Weaknesses:
While the A2105 has some great features, there are newer models that give you more for your money. For example the Nordic Track A2350 gives you a stronger motor, higher incline, iPod hookup with built-in speakers, iFit card compatibility and longer motor warranty - for less money.
Overall Conclusion: Not Recommended
Overall, you do get some decent basics with this treadmill: average motor power, higher 300 lb weight capacity, decent sized belt, folding capability and great fitness tracking tools.
However there are other Nordic Track models that we think give you more value for the money like the Nordic Track A2350 - at a cheaper price.
Also keep in mind that this is an economy treadmill and won't necessarily give you the feel of a commercial model.
